Humes Systems Inc. grew out of RW Humes & Company, LLC which was founded in 1998 and drew upon demonstrated experience in engineering, manufacturing, information technology, implementation of ISO quality systems, marketing research, and new product and service development and introduction.

Our initial focus was to provide our clients with an objective examination of their markets in advance of offering new products and services. We extended our service offerings in 2002 to include customer satisfaction surveys and employee satisfaction & engagement surveys.

Our focus today is primarily on customer satisfaction. Our survey systems are tailored to our customers' business rules, organizational structure, and operational approach. Our surveys touch people in as many as 70 countries around the world and are conducted in languages of the region.
